For whom?

This session is for you as a manager if you want to get better at having difficult or challenging conversations. As a manager, you will undoubtedly have to deal with these conversations. You do your best, put the best arguments on the table, but still do not get the desired result. Where do you get stuck? What other ways are there to tackle this in order to have the desired impact? As well as bringing the understandings with you, you will immediately put what you have learned into practice by actually practising the conversations.

Approach

Preparation

You think in advance about difficult conversations you have had or will have. You take these situations to the session, as examples to think about and practise.

 

The session

During the session, we discuss the situations in which you get stuck in your conversations. Then we briefly go through the different theoretical perspectives. You decide what you want to learn from this. Of course, in consultation with your fellow managers and the coach. Then you will practise the conversations you find difficult. After several rounds of feedback, you will leave with more confidence and competence.
