This section is for all managers who would like to develop a vision for themselves, their team, department and/or organisation.

Approach

The session

With your eyes closed, you, as a manager, imagine what the future of yourself, your team, department and/or organisation will look like in 1, 3 or 5 years or more from now. On the basis of a number of questions, you create an image, thoughts, feelings and/or emotions about this. After the visualisation, you draw or describe this on paper. Together with Ramon you reflect on this and determine what is needed to realise your image step by step in practice.

 

 

Securing

To share your vision and implement it, you may decide to use Storytelling to make your story high-impact and present it to stakeholders.
