What are the cornerstones that coaching consists of? What coaching styles are there and which is your natural preference? What kind of structure can you use during a coaching conversation? And what type of questions belong to it? How do you ensure that you can secure the results of the coaching? Of course, you will also do extensive coaching yourself.

The session

You will be briefly told the theory. Then you will start working in a concrete and practice-oriented way. You will put what you have learned – including a clear structure and concrete questions – into practice. Then (after your self-reflection) you will get immediate feedback on the effectiveness of your conversation. You apply what you have learned in your next coaching session. At the end of the session, you select your three most important understandings and actions.
