Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA)

You will gain an understanding of 22 motives, 44 talents, 53 competences

For whom?

This session is for you if you want an understanding of your motives, qualities and competences. What motives and talents do you have by nature? How much aptitude do you have for the various competences? To what extent are you actually competent in these? In the case of career coaching: Which of your talents and competences would you like to see reflected in your ideal job? And which aspects make up your ideal working environment? Which do you select as a starting point to find your ideal job in practice? You will get an understanding of all these questions through a Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA) that you discuss with Ramon. TMA provides an understanding of what drives you, what you are good at and how much energy you get from developing certain competences. Together with the output on core values, this forms a nice basis for actions based on what gives you energy. Concrete scores on: 22 motives, 44 talents and 53 competencies.
