Mood board of your ideal world

Visualise your dream life

For whom?

This session is for you if you want an understanding of your ideal world and its conversion into your daily life, including job and working environment. Dreaming: do you consciously make time for this? A clear picture of your ideal world can help you make choices. Choices that help you step by step in the realisation of your ideal world. One way is to take this into account when choosing your ideal job and working environment.

Learning objectives

Understanding of your ideal world

Reality check: what can you do now (already) and in the longer term to make your ideal world a reality?

In what way is your ideal world part or not of your ideal job and working environment?

Approach

Preparation

You choose three to five magazines that make you happy. You thumb through them and cut out the pictures, sentences, words and quotes that fit into your ideal world. You glue these onto an A3 sheet that eventually forms the visualisation of your ideal world.

Coaching

During this session, you discuss your mood board with Ramon. What do you see? What feeling does it evoke? What does your mind say? Which elements are already present in your life? Which elements would you like to add? To what extent do you want your ideal job and working environment to contribute to your ideal world? In what way would you like to achieve this?

Securing

Based on the answers above, you accentuate the principles for your ideal job and working environment. You then take this into account in shaping your current job and working environment and/or in your possible search for a new job and working environment. You also look at what you can do outside your work to realise your ideal world as much as possible, depending on what you are willing and able to do in it.
