Golden Job and Working Environment

Make concrete what you know about your core values and motives

For whom?

This session is for you if you want a job and working environment that matches your energy and qualities. You are approached for a new job, you are looking at some vacancies yourself or you want to make your job more to your liking. To what extent are you currently aware of what your ideal job and ideal working environment look like? Which criteria energise you and where can you put the qualities you want to use?

Learning objectives

A good match of your energizers and qualities with your job and working environment

An understanding of the items you most want to see reflected in your role and working environment

Creating focus in your search for your ideal job and environment

Approach

Preparation

The basis for this session is the output of the sessions with regard to core values and motives, talents and competences.

Coaching

Based on this – and on your other wishes – you select the 6 “Must Haves” for your ideal job and working environment. You compare your “Must Haves” with your current job, previous job(s), 3 vacancies and the self-employed/entrepreneurship option: to what extent do they overlap? Based on this, you draw up concrete actions. In concrete terms, this involves approaching people who link to the vacancies and/or working environments you find interesting. By talking to them, you get answers to the question to what extent the job and organisation match your wishes. You can also talk to your current manager to see where you can better align your current job with your qualities.

Securing

Together with Ramon, you make concrete agreements on when you will perform which action and with which intended result. You will come back to this in the next coaching session. You can also discuss and/or practise planned conversations in advance. Another follow-up step is making the mood board of your ideal life. During the next session, you discuss with your coach to what extent this will influence your choices in terms of job and working environment.
