You prepare the interviews you have scheduled together with Ramon. You determine the focus for the interviews and the desired outcome. You also get the chance to practise the conversations. In the following coaching session, you reflect on this: what worked well for you and what didn’t work well? What are the starting points for the continuation of your search? Then you accentuate the criteria regarding your ideal job and working environment. And you continue scheduling and conducting interviews until you reach your goal.
