Approach

Coaching

It is rather a ‘What’s behind that’ – game we will play, rather than a ‘Core values game’. Asking, listening, reflecting and selecting are central. We start with roughly 60 core values. Step by step, you select the core values that are most important to you. With a base of 20 core values, we go into depth: which core values belong together in your mind and to your feelings? What connects them? What do you understand by each core value? Does it really belong to you or more to your family? Mention concrete examples that link to these. Suppose you find yourself in a particular situation; what is more important to you: core value A or B?
